Worked as a designer and developer for Digital Coffee. A design firm who focuses on conceptual art, information design, interface design and finished websites for medium to large businesses. The primary focus of this position was management of employees and contractors in the web design department as well as interface design and interactive front-end development that was w3c compliant, when necessary.
The Woodruff Arts Center – Consultant

Responsibilities included designing and developing a web 2.0 style website for the Woodruff Art Center's Green initiative. Developed comps for a highly interactive site that will be viewed on a touch screen device. Once comps were approved development was started and nearly complete in a time frame of two weeks. Development included creating XHTML/CSS based asp pages, javascript based status navigation, coda sliders and other interactive jquery and javascript elements.
John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods – Web Developer

Led the front end development efforts of John Wieland's primary site as well as several of John Wieland's support sites. Implemented Ektron, a .Net based content management system. Implemented a CMS system to manage dynamic content. Helped prepare the SQL database for future changes. Assisted in managing content updates. Worked on the effort to integrate Google Maps in to the neighborhood search process.
SunTrust – Web Design Intern

Hand coded XHTM CSS and Javascript for Suntrust's intranet. Worked with several departments to create content inventories, site maps, and design compositions. Responsibilities included creating user centered designs that were easily updated, while maintaining branding standards..

Teaching assistant for Fundamentals of Interactive Design and CSS. The class curriculum covered, XHTML, CSS, Photoshop, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver. Responsibilities included instructing and helping students with assignments as well as tutoring students outside of the classroom.
