A Portrait of Holli Smith

About Me

I build scalable programs, workflows, and operating systems that help product organizations improve quality, inclusion, and execution.

My background spans program management, UX research, accessibility, design, and product operations, giving me a broad view of how products are shaped, delivered, and improved. Across Meta, AT&T, Cricket Wireless, and Cox Media Group, I have led cross-functional work that brought structure to complex problems, aligned teams around shared priorities, and made it easier for people to deliver better products.

Work History

Meta

2020 - 2026

Program Manager

At Meta, I led accessibility and product quality programs across consumer apps, hardware, and VR and AR products. I also built guidance, tools, release processes, and review programs used across dozens of product teams.

Cricket Wireless

2016 - 2020

Accessibility Program Manager

At Cricket Wireless, I built and led an accessibility program across web, mobile, ecommerce, messaging, IVR, retail, and customer-support experiences. I translated accessibility and regulatory requirements into product workflows, launch-readiness practices, dashboards, evaluation methods, and a  shared accountability model across product, design, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

Videa

2015

UX Researcher

At Videa, I built the customer-insight practice for a new platform used to buy and sell television advertising. I created the mixed-method research strategy, intake process, study roadmap, and customer feedback loops, then translated interviews, usability studies, and card sorts into product requirements, design priorities, and launch recommendations. I also worked with executives and product leaders to connect customer needs, design decisions, and business goals.

AT&T Enterprise and Small Business

2012 - 2015

UX Researcher

I led mixed-method research across enterprise and small-business products, using field research, customer interviews, usability studies, surveys, eye tracking, journey mapping, and behavioral analysis. I helped teams translate customer needs into product requirements, design priorities, and clearer decisions about where to invest.
